How to Download, Install and Access your Program Material

Congratulations in taking that first big step to upgrade your skills by registering into the online PLC Technician Certificate program. Now that you have signed-up for the program, you should have received an email with a link to download the web-based curriculum software. This means that once you have installed the program material (simulation software and web-based curriculum software) onto your computer you can start learning immediately.

2018 Holiday Hours

As George Brown College will be closed the last week of December, we want to make sure our students are aware of our office hours, how this will effect registering into new modules, the availability of student support and taking final exams.

The Student Support Center itself will close at 5 pm on Saturday December 22, 2018, and will reopen on Wednesday morning, January 2, 2018.

Module Exemptions between the PLC and PLC Technician II Programs

The PLC Technician Certificate programs at GBCtechtraining, share a common core of 7 modules. What does that mean for you? It means that there will be module exemptions and savings for you if you take both. Once you complete one PLC program, credit for exemptions will apply to the second PLC program; saving you close to $500 in tuition on your second credential.
